I am one of your hotel guests and my family (wife and two children) and I arrived from Hong Kong SAR and checked in to your hotel several days ago intending to stay for two weeks. We are in room 906 in the West Wing.
When we arrived, we were slightly disappointed with the size of the hotel room. When we pre-booked this accommodation with our travel agent, she had indicated that we would have a family suite with a double bed and two single beds for our children.
